PRODUCT DESCRIPTION


Ceramic PRO Strong is the latest technology from Nano Shine LTD which is a 9H glass coating with the 3D matrix structure. Ceramic PRO Strong is clear and transparent like water when it is in the container and it will turn to a rigid film like glass to protect the substrate permanently. By using the 3D matrix technology, Ceramic PRO Strong 9H glass coating can offer excellent scratch resistance and long longevity. Ceramic PRO Strong creates a very good barrier by chemically binding to the substrate, which providesan easy-to-clean ability to avoid the water, dirt, grease and other stains. The protected material can be cleaned numerous times without reapplication. Ceramic PRO Strong is resistant to solvents, acids, bases and chemicals; it is applied as one component coating and no mixing with another material is required.Tack-free within 2 hours at room temperature and full curing can be done after 7 days.

WORKING METHOD

Ceramic PRO Strong is easy to install which has several product series for selection so that people can be applied by brushing, dipping, spraying and wipe‐off to achieve the target.

CORROSION RESISTANCE



PREPARATION

Preparation of substrate is crucial for maximum adhesion and performance. Prepare surface to remove oil, contaminants or any unwanted coatings from the substrate. For surfaces that must retain a specific appearance (such as wheels) denatured alcohol may be used. Blow off substrate with a high pressure air nozzle to remove any blasting dust left on the surface. Wear safety goggles or face shield for your protection. Work in a well-ventilated area. If ventilation is not available, wear a respirator ‐ see MSDS for additional information.

CURING CONDITION

Allow to air dry. Parts will be tack free after approximately 60~120 minutes. Until this point the coating is still wet, and care should be taken to not bump or touch the parts. Parts will be partially cured after 24 hours and fully cured 5~7 days after application. Finished goods may be shipped after 24 hours when the coating is partially cured.

STORAGE

Ceramic PRO Strong is one component materials, without any harder for reactions. It can keep stable in room temperature and no need storage in low temperature condition. The shelf life under room temperature is one year in the original closed package.
